Our Story
Trident Lake Health was founded to address gaps in fragmented healthcare systems by delivering integrated, patient-centered therapy and rehabilitation services. Drawing on years of clinical experience across multiple care settings, TLH was created to prioritize continuity, individualized care, and evidence-based practice across the lifespan.
Today, Trident Lake Health provides coordinated, multi-specialty care through three integrated divisions—ensuring the right care, in the right setting, at the right time.
Founder & Clinical Leadership
Ella Adeoya, PT, DPT, MS
Founder & Clinical Director
Dr. Ella Adeoya is a Doctor of Physical Therapy with over 15 years of clinical experience across the full continuum of care. Since graduating in 2011, she has practiced in Trauma Level I–III hospitals, acute rehabilitation hospitals, outpatient clinics, skilled nursing facilities, home health, LTACHs, and pediatric developmental care in both home- and school-based settings across multiple states, serving patients from infancy through adulthood with complex medical and functional needs.
Her clinical expertise includes pediatric developmental delays, orthopedic and post-surgical rehabilitation, neurologic conditions, cardiac and ICU-level recovery, oncology rehabilitation and lymphedema management, women’s and pelvic health, postpartum care, and temporomandibular joint disorders.
In addition to clinical practice, Dr. Adeoya has managed clinics and led multidisciplinary therapy departments. Her academic training includes a Doctor of Physical Therapy, a Master’s degree in Kinesiology/Exercise Science with a minor in Public Health, and a Master’s degree in Data Science, supporting a strong foundation in outcomes analysis, patient data security, and healthcare privacy.
As Founder and Clinical Director of Trident Lake Health, Dr. Adeoya provides unified clinical leadership across all divisions, ensuring care that is evidence-based, interdisciplinary, and centered on patient safety, quality, and long-term outcomes.
After 15 years in hospital and institutional settings, Dr. Adeoya saw firsthand how productivity-driven models can pull clinicians away from what matters most — the patient in front of them. Trident Lake Health exists to do things differently.
